how do i hook up this two wire neon

Hey, i got a 12" neon light, with a positive wire and a negative wire, how would i go about hooking it up to my car, do i need to fuse the positive wire, and ground the negative wire.....?

+ wire to a hot wire, any wire powered from the battery and the - wire to either the chassis, a good screw, or splice into another ground wire....

how would you wire a toggle switch into that? what wire would you cut and solder to the switch?
I was told i could wire them into the cigarrete adapter line, but i'm not sure how many that could hold? any idea? I got a 9", a 12", a 9", a 9", and another 12" all on seperate lines.

do not do all that on a cigg lighter, use your battery, and run it throunh the fire wall, or if you got $25 laying around, put that battery behind you seat, and wire your neons, to that, i used a toggle in the positive lines.

$25?

I don't know which light's work anymore but i can test them by touching each line my battery right? I still can't figure out the $25 thing.

ya for $25 just put a cheap battery in your car, and hook the lights up to that.

Yes you can touch wires directly to the battery to test the lights....

when i put my optima battery i think i'll use the one i have now and put it in my trunk somehow.
