Exclamation Need help identifying startup problem please *video link*

Hello! My 2002 cavalier has started giving me a problem and I could use some help identifying the issue. One day recently I started my car and there was some shaking/vibrations so later that day I replaced all the spark plugs/wires and I'm still having the issue. It only seems to give me a problem for the first 30-60 seconds of a cold start and then once I'm driving there are no problems, even idle. My rpm's go up and down slightly during this too. I'm going to try changing out the fuel filter today and see if that helps at all. I've got a link to my video and hopefully that will offer some insight for you auto pros. Let me know if you have any questions and thanks for any suggestions!
