Fiat 500

Subaru=Done, So time to start a new one. My favorite of the new generation of small retro cars














And ofcourse the standerd paint stuff




I will use the stock wheels, But i will give them another color

Beware a few things about these kits, and you'll have an easier time building!

Fit the glass ahead of time, it's a very, very tight fit. You might want to do some sanding/scraping of the glass edges and/or the window openings. You won't need glue for the glass, at least in back, it's essentially a snap fit.

The front fascia is a tight fit w/the chassis locators, rear bumper fits better. Be careful in final assembly that it goes together w/o a gap w/the front bumper from the chassis pushing it out too far.

Ride height is comical OOB (more like an SUV), especially in front. The wheels, especially in front, stick out too far. Test fit these things long before final assembly, and your model will thank you.

Thanks for the tips, I fitted the window's this morning and it was horrible. So that safed me a lot of work!!!

Also got some painting done
Preped the body and the rest of the parts for primer



Primed

Colored







Decided that just the Gulf bleu was not enough so painted the rood black, and gave it a pearl coat

Placed some decals and addes BMF


Then Cleared it all off




Interior got its second color aswell
