Anyone know how to take Liquid Cement off windows?

Does anyone know how to take liquid cement off windows? Got a drop on it and it wont come off... Any ways? Thanx

The clear plastic is smeared because that's how cyanoacrylate works. One thing you can do is determine the depth of the problem and sand it down, then polish it out, and then dip the window in future to make it shiny again.
