also after i took the photos i rubbed thae filler down, there were huge gaps after fitting the new sas kit, but there were no real problems, gonna smooth this baby off, make it look sexy, keeping the door handles tho.
am thinking about a gold paint for this car, and orangy gold if i can, i think peugeot do one.
i decided not to use the front bumper from the sas kit because i prefer the origional one, just gonna lower the front lip a few more millimeters, then i will give this puppy a coat of paint

cant wait to see it all shiny

you should do the 350Z the colour all convertibles should be in - RED!!! make it more interesting though, lay down two coats orange, spray on a bit of gold flake, then top it off with a darkish red. the result should be about as deep as the sun's oceans of liquid hydrogen, but not as bright smile: can't wait for more progress.

well i finished off all the rubbing down last night, smoothed off a few bits like the front of the bonnet, just to try and make it look a bit longer, plus i have noticed a trend for carbon fibre front ends (i.e the whole front of the car is carbon in one piece, drag style), also had a last min change of mind and have smoothed over the number plate recess, want a totaly smooth look, might get round to a coat of primer tonight, then i will try and rub it down to the plastic and respray another coat, its been too humid here for a full coat of paint, dont want orange peel after all, i found the paint and its gonna be a gold metallic, should look nice i think.

I think it's called Blaze Yellow, I did my 350Z in the same colour. Halfords have it in their spray can range.
