hatchback rear windows

Can any of you hatchback owners help me out here, I've got a 90 civic si, and there is a rattling and a mild squeak coming from the back windows when they are open and when they are closed. It mainly happens when I go over bumps or train tracks, but it just annoys me. Does anyone else have this problem?

Thanks for that link, I'm gonna call up my friend at the dealership to try to get me the solution for that, or find out what they do to stop it.
