b-18motors

whats up , i have a 95 2dr honda civic dx and im looking for a b-18doch with vetc and i would like 2 know what all i would need to make it work and if it would be worth the trouble
it all show car right now and im tried of guys pullin up to race and i have to say no
i would like it if at all possible it would run 10 with my s-10 are close
but i want it that fast all throttle and no bottle
