Yea, talk it to a shop. You can have power locks installed easy, most stereo shops can do it, usually ppl have it done when puttin alarms in. I am sure you could do windows too. Just ask around. There's no need to go and buy integra shit to put in power locks. Hell, any car stereo shop in the area I like can do it...It's like 15 bucks or some shit for the power door lokc thingys (forget the name). then theres labor, install, etc. Like I said, usually it's done with a new alarm, but just go ask around, cuz you don't need to plan some compicated and expensive integra swap to do it.

Ok yes you can use the actuators and the roll up motors bad news they prolly will not mount right up the factory mounting spots but you can do it with some back strap and enginuity take your door panel off and look at the inside mechanism of your window crank now look at the power window motor and transmission there should be a hole inset on a plastic disc which is yes round now use some brainpower and figure out how to put them together use the backstrap to support the window module. as for power lock there is an actuator which looks like a cylinderwith a boot on the end of it and a peice of coathangerish rod coming out the end with the door panel off look at the lock there is a rod that locks and unlocks the door from the key cylinder attach the actuator rod to where the rod from the key cylinder connects plug in both switchs after you have power/ground i'm pretty sure that honda's lock switchs rest at ground which means that 12v will be the trigger. if this makes any sense so far post up if not post and tell me that i'm babbling...

any 12 volt source will work, but it's best to run a new line from the fuse box, or from the battery with an inline fuse. and use a small amperage fuse or you will blow the actuators/solenoids, the actuators/solenoids should indicate what amperage they take. you could always buy the power window scissors for your car, not sure how much they are, but they should fit in the door, asssuming the doorframes are identical. you may even be able to get a hold of new dorr handles with the power window switches already installed for the clean factory look, if not I'd go for one of those flat 4 button switch panels. they look nice, and you can mount them anywhere. and if you want each door to have it's own control you can just run another switch off from the switch panel. you can find window switches at any auto store, just depends on the style you want in your car (you can even get lighted switches)..
