not to sure what to do

last night i was drivin my truck and ive never really punched it and so i stopped at a stop sign and i hit it and when i left of the clutch and floored it the shifter starting throbbing to the right, so i slowed way down and i said that cant be good and went home and poppped the hood and i found out that im missing a motor mount bolt on the right side so i had my brother hit the gas and when he did the engine shook so what do i do??

the obvious answer is to replace the bolt.

Remove the rest of the motor mount bolts to see what happens?

If you don't replace the bolt you're going to end up with even bigger problems....
