Cleaned EGR, now engine Shaking

Got an EGR code on my 2002 S series with the SOHC. (only owned the car a couple weeks) Had a quick look at a youtube video about cleaning it that involved starting the car while it was out to clear carbon from the manifold around the EGR. Which I did, and the rpms raced as soon as I started it so I shut it off after a couple seconds. Put everything back together, after cleaning the EGR, now the car has a bad shake/vibration while revving and under acceleration, Worst inbetween 2500-3000rpm. enough to feel in the seats and make the dash/plastic rattle. I also cleaned the throttlebody with some throttlebody cleaner while it was apart.

Other problems ive noticed, No heat from the heater. The temp guage never goes past a quarter so I changed the tstat, Didnt help. Still cold air unless I hold the throttle at about 3000rpm than I can feel the air get warm but as soon as I take my foot off the gas it gets cool again. And the car seems to use quite a bit of oil, not sure where though?? 3 litres in 1000(ish) kms?
