How do you lower the Fujimi Type-R?

How is it done? I dont know whether you snip the suspension or have to do something else. Also I'm doing a custom interior a la the Lotus Elsise (Red Reccaros, everything else painted gunmetal to represent aluminum) as mine is a race-prepped version.

Some times you can cut shocks and springs and get away with it if you only want 1-2mm.
The Subaru i'm doing at the moment i had to cut most of the suspension out of the car as it was all molded into one. Lots of mucking around but worth it.
For other cars i'f done like classic's etc i sometimes drill the chassis out so the shocks or suspension can sit further up inside.

ok, you're lucky I just happened to be making 2 Integra Type-R kits right now

1st of all, you want to shorten the struts/springs by cutting out the area shown in "red" and glue the now in 2 pieces struts/springs component back together so you have a shorter strut/spring.. you do that for all 4 corners..

now that you have shorter strut/springs, your control arms will no longer fit on them right, you'll have a gap.. so what you want to do is lower the rear suspension linkages also by cutting out the areas again shown in "red" as show in these 2 photos

make sure everything is cut to the same length, so you don't have unequal lowering of the car on all 4 corners, make sure everything fit together right and straight before glueing them together

as for the front, the linkages are harder to cut due to their shape and stuff, so I took the approach of cutting the bottom of the car .. "red" areas are to be cut away,

hope this helps..
