Between a rock........
Today I was offered a trade. My civic( pretty much nothing done other than a k&n filter and interior exterior styling) For a 1987 RX7. The guy who wants to trade is a mechanic where I work so I know he's being honest with me when he said it needs a new engine at the end of the summer. (apex seal gone). He said if I want to trade my civic he will trade me straight up for the RX7 and install a totally rebuilt engine in it for an extra $1800. I love my civic and I've had good times with it but now i'm just pondering this idea. No decisions have been made or anything, but my civic needs a new clutch pretty soon and the car has 205000 kms on it, plus I would have to put at least $1500 into it to make it a car I could be proud to drive. What do you guys think???

dude, i would have already been all over that, i love those RX7s. I had one sit in the parking lot taunting me all day today, and I told myself if someone offered a straight up trade for it, i would have been all over it, even with me having the parts for a MPFI conversion and a Z6 sitting in my garage.
