SR20DET Swap into Nissan Pickup

I am looking to swap an SR20DET motor into my Nissan truck and was wondering if anyone can tell me if this is a direct swap or if I will need to modify anything? Any information will be greatly appreciated.

There is a local shop in VA that has done it. Apparently the fit is fine. If you want more information I can provide it. The name of the company is CCi.
