Studio 27 (1987) Decal set for Tamiya 1/20 Williams FW11
Hi Ya'll, I just bought this Tamiya kit. And was wondering if anyone has actually purchased this "studio 27" decal set that Converts the Tamiya Williams 1/20th scale FW11 from 1986 to the FW11b for 1987 with different decals, like celebrating Canon's 50th anniversary etc....

Hi GavKiwi,
I havent heard of anyone using those decals I know Gainsborough recently build that same model but he just used the Tamiya decals. I was wondering though, what had you got planned for the Tamiya Decals if you go with the Studio27 set. The reason I am asking is I have the original release of the kit but unfortunately after the kit was stored in my attic for years the Decals have gone bad. I cant find anywhere on the net for a set of decals at a reasonable price. Everywhere will charge me a fortune for delivery. So just curious. Ciaran

The FW11B also has different front wing end plates and scoops for the turbos protruding up through the side pods, which are not included in the decal set.
