Unhappy integra problems

I'm confused. I have a 91 Integra GS and today I lowered the front end, but when I went to start the car, the engine would barely start, and when it did, it seemed like the timing was insanely off.. the car was lowered about 3 inches.. if that would matter... I'll have it raised a bit tomorrow when I have the rear done, because withough a camber kit... yeah.. anyways, the car idles roughly, at around 100-500RPM and smoke comes out of the tailpipe, first blue, then black... and when I step on the accelerator, I hear a hissing sound like the car has an intake... this car is almost bone stock except for flywheel, wires,, some stereo work, JDM headlights and motegi MP5 rims. this morning it was driving fine, but occasionally there is a small amout of blue smoke that would come out until the engine warmed up, and the alternator&fan belts are a little loose (all since dumba$$ mechanic messed with the engine). The engine has logged a total of 200K miles, but most were freeway and eventually its going to be replaced with a Type-R motor, once some funds are raised.. either that or replaced with Type-R parts and converted to VTEC.. whichever will cost the least and do the most...
anyways.. tomorrow I'm goign to have the car looked at by my teacher, so we'll see what happens.. anybody know what it could be.. help would be great.

Dude, sounds like it'd be cheaper to get a new car than to fix it.

Talking integra fixed

we found out what the problem was.. I guess while it was being lowered, someone messed the wires, kus after we changed them around, it runs fine. *breathes a sigh of relief*
