Question Struts for a 3000 GT

I have a 1994 Mitsubishi 3000 GT (baseline model). I've never had the struts replaced and I have 150K miles on the car. By the way, still runs "great". Here's my question though, is there "any" adjustable replacement strut out there that will give me a "more" comfortable ride on surface streets and at freeway speeds? Also, would you recommend adding a front end strut sway bar when I do replace the struts?

Sincerely,
Earl Bedison
