1/12 Tamiya Ducati 916

Hi all! New here, been lurking around for a while but didn't have anything worth posting

First bike model, built 3 other cars but I originally started building Gundams, saying that I've only finished one so far...

Anyway, this is a birthday present for my Dad. Turned out better than I had imagined, there are some mistakes, can you spot them? I accidentally threw away the runner that had the original stand for it so that explains the black one in the photos, so annoyed at myself for that haha. Added the rivets and CF decals in a few places too, changed some colours but was't aiming for a detail detail build overall, just needed it done on time! Warning you there's a fair few large photos below!

That's a lovely build with a great finish. Don't worry about the mistakes you think you have, I can't see them and think it looks great.

It looks great, I especially like the black wheels over the original gold ones, they add an air of elegance to the bike. What brand/type of carbon fibre did you use on the front mudguard..?? It looks perfect for an upcoming project I have to do..

It was a no-brand-off-eBay purchase. I'm on my phone right now so can't link to the actual item but he seller was called fantasyprintshop, should be able to find it there. But it's a UK shop though.

Forgot to mention, Minichamps make that stand. You can purchase them on the internet. They're just called Minichamps motorbike model stand. Here's the link to the stand on their website.
