plus here is a pic of the GTO, its got a coat of halfords vauxhaul ceramic blue on it, i gave it 6 coats so far, gonna put 4 coats of clear on it soon, then polish, it up. gonna strip all the chrome plating from the grill etc and use alclad i think, to keep it looking real. dont u think the pearl in the paint is nice in this scale! almost like the hologram flakes you can add to the real paint

Is that the AMT 1965 GTO.

I'm working on the same kit, but the bad thing is i've got to strip mine.

Painted in Telefonica blue. now I'm gonna paint it Tamiya blueviolet.

I got the 'Enzo' about 3 weeks ago, but I haven't opened it yet. I'm afraid that if I do, I'll immediately put all other projects on 'hold' and focus all remaining efforts (what little there is) on the Enzo. Might not be such a bad thing, but I think I'd like to finish a few others first. Besides, I'm not totally confident in my 'skills' yet, so a little extra practice won't hurt.

gonna have to make it look better tho, alclad all the chrome bits etc, but with the ferrari i am in the process of ordering from ferrari the actual enzo paint, gonna be about £50 for about 50ml tho!!!

model devil struck me all the time. the way I use to minimize the "IMPACT" to my wallet is to keep the $$ level in wallet just enough for 1-2 days spending on food, travel...etc

so no extra $$ to buy kits......

however, I bought 4 kits this week, damn it. I am gonna to have bread for lunch for the whole week

I think Grand Prix Models do it. They are in the UK. Here's their web address:

www.grandprixmodels.com

Did you buy the kit in the UK? Was it expensive?
