AXOD help needed

Just rebuilt an axod in a 96 windstar.
Now the trans slips in all gears, high stall condition, unless the connector on top the trans is disconnected, then i have reverse and 3rd gear real good.
No trouble codes , line pressure is good.
Any ideas ?
