2003 Windy-P0305 crank sensor assembly position variation procedure not learned.

Hello All!
I recently replaced my engine in my 2003 windstar due to cyl 5& 6 loosing compression and severely burning oil to the point of fouling cyl 6's plug and filling up with so much oil and fuel it blew its top. Anyway... The engine i bought was used and didnt have the crank sensor in it, so I used the one out of my old engine. About 2 weeks later this code came up. I was wondering if this is something I can do or is it something that has to be done on a scan tool at a shop? Im ASSuming that a re-learn procedure for the timing is not something I can do by flipping some switches and holding the brake pedal while in drive, etc....I know that doing things like this can turn monitors on quicker on most cars. I appreciate any insite and info I can get about this. Thank You
