Has something to do with the secondary air system, maybe the AIR pump. P0491 -Secondary Air Injection System Insufficient Flow Bank 1
Look around the web, several fusion forums out there. You didn't accidently disturb any connections doing the battery?

From quickly looking around, it seems 0491 is usually accompanied by 0410. Seems the secondary air diverter valve can cause this. Check into whether this stuff is covered by the federal emission guidelines, I think 8yrs or 80k.
