'66 Mustang

I've always loved this generation of Mustang and have thought about getting one at some point in this life. Well tonight my mom is hosting a surprise birthday party at our house. One of the chaplains where she works bought a 66 Mustang and had it restored and is giving it to his wife for her 50th birthday It is sitting in our garage now waiting for the *big surprise*.

I snagged a few pics of it a bit ago. It's gorgeous...pics don't do justice.

The surprise went very well The chaplain's kids came over before he brought his wife..and they tied big red bows on the door handles.

Needless to say..she was stunned. :flash:

Kind of reminds me of the 302 '72 Mustang my step-dad had restored and sold to me for a steal. I then proceded to wrap it around a pole 4 months later.
