Dodger Ram 3500 TD towing question

Can some one please help me to understand what my truck can haul. I will be towing a 7000lb trailer with roughly 700lb tongue weight, the question is how much more can I load in the back of the truck?
I have added the specs from the manual and the sticker in the door
