2009 Grand Caravan. Electrical no crank & Dash dead

Went to use my van this morning, turn the key on, Dash is completely blank except the "Door ajar lite"

Everything is dead.

I checked & cleaned the Battery connections, and tried charging the battery. Still dead.

I checked the fuses & relays in the box next to the battery.
All seem ok.

But when the ign is on, you can hear a steady click, click, and you can feel the relays being energised when you touch them?

Any ideas please?

Sounds like your battery is still dead. Did you try jumping it?

Something in the area of the TIPM, WIN or battery cables. Tray a wiggle tap test and see if anything comes alive. All have a history.

Could try pulling the starter relay and jumping contacts 30 and 87 just to see if something comes alive. This bypasses all the electronics that make the relay output contacts close. The starter should spin right away.

Did you load tested the battery? If the battery is bad, not enough juice, it would happen like that.

You were all correct..... it was the Battery.
