Tuner Cars

Anyone ever think about adding a Tuner section? Some place where to move the RUF chat out of Porsche, or to add a Callaway section, or any of the other non-manufacturers?

Just a thought.

I have thought about that myself... but the issue with that is -
the discussions over the same cars will be even more 'spread' through various forums. I hope I am making myself understandable here...
for example. If we were to make a Tuners forum under which we would add all tuners, such as RUF, Tommy Kaira, AMG, etc. then Porsche discussions will be spread to this totally separate RUF forum. Some Skyline discussions will take place in the Tommy Kaira forum because that is one of the cars they tune.
But, maybe we could add the tuner forums under the manufacturers that they modify. However, in that case, we would have to ensure that all tuners that we add only work with one manufacturer each....

Which would rule out Tommy Kaira......Because they tune many various Japanese cars.

I think a speacialist sports car section is a good idea- for makers like Westfield, Catherham, Noble, Venturi blah blah blah- you get the picture

What do you think Igor???

isntead of specific names like RUF how bout a topic in each car company called tuner or tuned?
so like it would go forums-porsche-tuned/tuner and then you would talk about the ruf or stola or gemballa that way it woudl stay instide of the ocmpany and not have to worry about companies mixing around and haveing to name every tuner

and i also concur about having an area for catterham and such cars
