2F2F fire out of the Exhaust?

Hi I was wondering if you know how they got the colored fire out of the exhuast in the movie cause I would love to do that to my car. Thanks alot

By using the same thing you're on the internet with. CGI. Or there's some rice kit out that emulates flames from the exhaust pipe. Way to get the attention from the Police man!
