Exclamation 2012 Impala LS, no key reminder chime

I just bought a beautiful 2012 Impala with less than 20K. I noted the chime works when you start the car and the seatbelt is not on. If you shut the car off and open the door with the keys in the ignition , the reminder chime does not sound. How do I activate it?

I would suggest checking the owners manual for any info on activating and deactivating options. If that does not do it, you are still under warranty, stop by the dealer and ask them to look at it.
