Priorities
There is more money being spent on breast implants and Viagra than on Alzheimer's research.
This means that by 2020, there should be a large elderly population with perky boobs and huge erections and absolutely no recollection of what to do with them...

Having spent and unforunate amount of time in stage 5 old peoples homes watching grand parents die I can say that there is one thing old ppl with Alzheimer's never forget how to do!
They will find more than enough use for wrinkly yet perky boobs and old erections. ]
