Download the '94 Camry manual here:
http://www.4shared.com/zip/MS7dfHjc/...ir_Manual.html Unzip, then in Body Electrical, see pages BE-82 and on for troubleshooting this system. Come back with results. I would check the referenced fuses and door wiring between the body and door for broken/shorted wires first.
