Hud not working

this is my first time posting on an auto forum. hopefully someone can help me out!

my HUD was working perfect for the first 3 monthes or so and suddenly went out. later realized the display is moved up too high to see while driving. I looked online and saw that it was the spring and the plastic piece needed to fixed most likely. I brought it to a local shop that I know and they fixed the spring angle and what not but the HUD is now not displaying at all. he checked the fuse and that seemed to be okay as well.

what could possibly be the problem with it now? a bulb? not sure

please help!!

Re: Hud not working

So, it worked before the shop fixed it, just would not adjust? Now it adjusts but does not work. Sounds like the repair shop needs to take another look at it. A scanner capable of reading BCM codes would be helpful, as there may be a code(s) stored. The 10amp Displays fuse in the I/P fuse block provides power.

Re: Hud not working

Thanks. I have a scanner but not entirely sure if it reads BCM codes. The shop couldn't figure out what's wrong so I'll hook it up tomorrow and see what the scanner says.
