vibration in my front end.

It started of with a vibration in my seat I had all my wheels checked the back driver tire thread was separating well I replaced it but now I have a really bad vibration on the front passenger side I replace all the rotors in the front I replaced the hub barring it was really bad I was told it bent the Axel so I replaced the Axel on the right but when I start to speed up hitting about 60 is when it gets bad and after I drove it for a bit the vibration gets worst and kinda hear a grinding/popping sound but the mechanics say it's nothing yet it wasn't doing it before could someone pleases help

May have a bad tire on the front also? When were they balanced last? Sounds like you need to find another shop to take a look at it...

Does the vibration get worse on acceleration? I have seen several of the GP's that had worn CV axle causing terrible vibrations. You cannot see the wear in the axles unless you disassemble and inspect the housings. I know you replaced the right side axle, but it's possible it's the left side.
