1/12 Honda RS1000
Hi guys,
Finally after seven months I finished my first model of the year. It's the Tamiya Honda RS1000. This model is pretty nice model to build. I love those old bikes. I painted the body parts with Zero Paints Ferrari Rosso Fomule 1970-1980, which was a very close match for me. Clearcoated with 2k from ZP. All engine parts where painted with many different Alclad shades. I also changes all the wiring, because the ones that Tamiya provided where to big. I'm pretty pleased with the result. Hi John,
I have a few WIP pics, but moved so fast that i forgot to take some in the progress. Anyway here are some:        The wheels where painted with Motip Semigloss Black. The masked and shot some Alclad Crome on it. It it came out very good.   I hope these are any help to you. Best regards, Lesley
