Subaru Impreza S14 WRC

Hello guys!
I was hoping that this car still appears in a plastic kit . But it took a lot of time and no one has done the last race Impreza
Here's a new project.

Re: Subaru Impreza S14 WRC

Great news. I was always hoping this last version of the Impreza WRC would make it on to the market. (Although I don't think it ever won a WRC round and ultimately led to their with draw from the WRC).

ps Roman, how do order the Nissan 240 kit and how much is it??

Re: Subaru Impreza S14 WRC

Awesome news and build. Its so great to see a model of this caliber built, casted and then sold. Nice to see how much work is involved. I remember when chris from the old scaleautostyle used to show us the build progress before release. Brings back memories. Good luck on the build, and it should be a good seller.

Re: Subaru Impreza S14 WRC

Hey Romik how about putting in a EJ207 or EJ257 engine in there. Then you can sell the engine alone or with the t-kit. Any modern subaru engine would sell very well IMO, we only have an awful 1/25 revell one. Good luck i will keep an eye on this one!

Re: Subaru Impreza S14 WRC

Hello Roman,

I was waiting this for a long time from you! Are you going to do both gravel and tarmac versions?

Re: Subaru Impreza S14 WRC

Hello !
I'm not sure about the version for gravel. But maybe it will be done later. Now I plan to tarmac rally probably Germany, Petter Solberg.

Now I've done a layer of primer to the body to see the shape.

And I started to make the chassis. I decided to take as a base chassis Tamiya.
There will still be some changes.

But on the bottom of the car almost everything is closed protections plate.

Re: Subaru Impreza S14 WRC

Great photos. Those must be cooling fans with ducting to the brakes.
