error codes

On a 90 civic si can anyone tell me what the engine light error codes 1 and 20 mean? I've looked at the LED under the passanger side carpet and those are the two codes it blinks at me.

Code 20 Electric Load

It lights up when I start the car and then doesn't blink after that. I guess that means no codes?

yes thats the place, and since it only goes on once the car is started, u are throwing no codes
