Wheel makes fan noise when turning

I have an AU Fairmont Series III. Since I've hit a curb backwards (accident) my car makes a strange noise when veering right. It sounds like an industrial fan. No screeching or whining noise, just a pulsating fan noise relative to the speed of the car.

My shockies are up to scratch. I've had my wheels aligned. My car runs perfectly fine. Turning the steering wheel is equal firmness both left and right.

Please help! Sick of hearing the noise!
