06 OEM navi install ?

Good Day !
Just bought a 06` EX-L and I would like to ebay an OEM navi screen and pretty sure im gonna need the radio too... right ? And the back up camera... I remember by previous experience on Toyota 4Runners that its just plug n' play but im not sure about this oddy' would all of these upgrades can be done without a major harness work (hopefully I just need to plug those in) ?
