Low idle 2000 protege

I have a 2000 Protege, 256,650 KM's on her and i am having trouble with the idle. it is a manual and when i have the clutch engaged the RPM's sit around 500 and lower and stalls when sitting at the light. Doesn't happen all the time but is frequent and want it fixed.
