Exclamation Looking to buy first car! Any suggestions?

I'm finally looking to get my first car!
I don't know every single kind of sporty car out there which is why I am coming here to ask for advice as to which car falls under my listed likings. Any help would be much appreciated!

I am student with a max budget of $6000.

Looking for:

-USED sporty type looking Sedan (no convertible or hatchback)
-Low mileage
-4 door (mainly)
-Automatic
-4-cylinder/V6
-Reliable, low maintanence (I have heard some car companies tend to need maintenance more often than others?)
-Between the years of 2001 and 2012.

Re: Looking to buy first car!

In the years and price range you're looking at you might want to consider:

Mercury Milan/Ford Fusion
Nissan Altima
Pontiac G6
