2000 Dodge Stratus 2.4L Error Code P0340

I have changed the PCM, Crankshaft Sensor, Camshaft Sensor. I have Spark and fuel is getting to the vehicles. It will turn over but not start. After trying to start it for a while the odometer says no bus. Any help would be apreciated.

No Bus means a communication problem. Since you have replaced all of that check all grounds and wiring along with all the connectors.
