Hi Guys,
For those of who wants to follow the action on the Ring very close, there I have an additional recommendiation to the announced Live-streams, TV etc. Please have a look on http://www.gpsauge.com This is the supplier for the GPS-Tracking-Techniques which is installed in every car who is running the next 24 h on the ring. For iphone / Ipad user they gave a free APP to follow the cars live in action. You have to look for the "Racing APP" of GPS over IP GmbH in the APP-Store. Feel free to download it and have fun the next 24h

so nice race in progress.
Now is also raining a lot and the night is coming.... this is THE race, this is the Nurburgring, this is the green hell !!

We were yesterday at the race. It was great. We are leaving 1 hour before the red flag. Maybe i will go the track again, depends on the rain.

The ring is magic for the friend u can make/find there.
Wherever u go there is people making grill, drinking beer and talking and looking cars. It is abolutely the nicest track of the world.

How many hours did they actually race? All day yesterday and all night up to midnight, I never saw anything but red flag. Was it more like the 2.4 hours of Nurburgring?
 Very disappointing, to say the least. I tried for over 8 hours to watch, the race was red flagged that entire time. Then it was time to sleep.

Bob, they started again this morning around 2:00 our time. I was sitting at the computer asleep, waiting, then it woke me when it restarted !! I only lasted till about 5:00 before calling it a night..err, morning...or whatever it was by then !!!

The race was stopped around 23:00 an restarted at 8:00 in the morning (german time). Perfect for sleep.
Thanks FraFi for the stay at your home. Some impressions from today (monday)

was a "comfortable" 24 hours, but if they decided so, means really that rainy night was too dangerous......but so fashinating

Btw, does anybody know a website where entry and result lists of all 24h Nürburgring races can be found? Some kind of database...
