Question Brake Upgrade?

Hey guys what's up?? I got a couple of questions for you people, hoepufully you can help me out. I'm thinking of upgrading the brakes of my 97 Max to the ones of the 300zx z32 when I get back home. I'm in the middle east fighting this stupid war, but I know you guys dont care so let me get to the questions. 1) I know that is possible to upgrade to fornt brakes of the Max to the 300's.However; can I aslo swap the ones in the rear? 2) Do I need to swap the master cylinder to the 300's aswell? 3) Do I need to make some kind of alteration to my e-brake line? Your help, and wisdom is greatly appreciated....GO NAVY...
