corvette specialty of california
I am from California my Chevrolet Corvettes car is giving a problem in low beam. The high-beam headlights and fog lights keep working even if the low beams fail. But the agency says driving with the high beams all the time can harm vision of oncoming driving. What can i do?

I'm thinking that by 'agency' he means law enforcement.
Check the operation of your dimmer switch.
