Door electrical issues - Was: Whats up with that?

I have a 2001 Oldsmobile Aurora. I replaced all the door due to an accident. When I insert the key into the ignition, the door locks do not work by pressing the button. I can hear the mechanism working but the locks dont move. When the key is not in the ignition the locks work with the button and the key fob. Further, the interior light does not come on when any of the doors are opened. Finally, the passanger mirror is acting goofy. I set it to my comfort and when I shift into drive, it adjusts to where ever it wants to. When I shift into reverse, it aims to the ground.
Also, I bought a used stereo at a salvage yard, when I put it in my car, it locked. I put the old one back in and it works fine. Does anyone know how to unlock the system?
