2001 Silverado Headlight HELP!!

I bought SPEC-D headlights from ProTuningLab dot come and I installed them correctly, my DRL's work, my HighBeams work, but my Low Beams do NOT work, Ive tried the dome override trick, nothing, ive checked the fuses, theyre fine, not sure what could be wrong.
