There are a few 650+hp GTR's driving around here. Not to mention they don't need slicks to achieve great drag times.

*yawn*

I don't know about where I live now, I've seen a few nice muscle cars driving around but I don't know what they have. Back in Colorado though there was a guy with a silver 70 Dodge Challenger R/T. It had been lightened, stiffened, upgraded suspension, and it had a twin supercharged 528ci Hemi. I doubt that car was street legal but I saw it run once and I must say it was the fastest I've ever seen a stock body car take off.

Guy up the street from me has a blown GTO Judge. Its a mean bitch. I've never seen it run, because he doesn't take it in the street, but it has a reported 700+ horses.

Talking

My brothers friend has a 650+HP '72 Plymouth Duster. His dad has a low 600HP '71 Dodge Dart both run low 10s 1/4, with street slicks. A different friend own a plum crazy '70 Dodge Challenger mid 500s I think (the highest quality built of the bunch...hes in school for automotive engineering). Another friend of my brothers has another '71 Dodge Dart, ? on HP he has it hidden in his garage and the guy with the 650 HP Duster is scared. My brothers friends have those cars and my brother has a '92 Chrylser Lebaron GTC turbo (5 speed) convirtable, and a new Dakota.

8.68 @ 161mph on street legal tyres.

Get your facts straight before you open mouth and insert foot. Lets see your 8 second RWD cars do that on 235x50x16's.

please, you think theres something a skyline can do that a musclecar cant in the 1/4? bahaha, dont make me laugh. it's been done and done, and by the way, no car running 8's will be runnign a regular radial, it would spin it off the rim, slicks are measured in width and diameter.

First, show me a picture of one on 'street legal tires.' Second, learn how to spell. Third, no 8 second anything runs on street tires. Why? You can't cut 8 second 1/4th mile times without decent 60' traction. I have never seen a car in the 10's or under on street tires or even nittos.
