Head Gasket or LIM gasket???? Need Help!!

Ok guy's after some much needed info, I have a 97 GTP about 210k miles. Today it started blowing white smoke like crazy out the exhaust, so obviously first thought was head gasket? but it didn't get hot / over heat what so ever, it did start to run a little rough, like a miss or something but nothing severe. I have noticed it was blowing a little grayish smoke as of late, every now and then but nothing like what started today, and I did have to fill up coolant once. So do you all think it's the head gasket or the LIM gasket as I've seen is a common problem?? any help or info would be really appreciated. Also I plan on fixing either myself, just hoping it's not the head gaskets!

These engine rarely blow a head gasket. It is probably the LIM. When doing this job, buy the metal gasket from Rock Auto and some metal coolant elbows too.
