Help ID this component

Its on the right side rear. All the way back under the rear side window.
you have to access it through the little port.

I am not sure what it was or what it does, but it made a noise and I unplugged it. It seems broken internally need help because I dont even know what to call it.

Re: Help ID this component

Is it under the cupholder? If so, it's probably the floor/ceiling motor for the HVAC system. There's another one back there for hot/cold too, behind the panel. They're called blend door motors (or actuators).
