Taped! Ford Crown Victoria NYPD Police Cruiser

Hello there,

this time I'll show you something completely different...

Searching for some inspirational pictures of street art, I stumbled upon this picture of a taped NYPD Crown Victoria:



And this is what it looks like in 1:24 scale:



This particular generation Crown Vic is not available as a plastic kit, so I had to use a MotorMax diecast. The base is a Trumpeter display box. The sidewalk and chainlink fence posts have been made from leftover Evergreen bits and pieces. The model is not a 100% replica, just inspired by the picture I found...

Hope you like it. If there's interest, I might post a how-to of building a sidewalk and chainlink fence in under an hour.

Thanks. The tape is just printed on self adhesive foil...
