Well, it could be a 2004 Ford Escape. Being that it is charred, and seemed to have suffered a frontal collision, it is hard for me to tell.

What a terrible accident it is? SENT it at experienced repair house .It may need to replace various

The car seems to be in very bad condition, from where you got this pic its front area is damaged very badly, let me guess from the side view it might be Ford company car.

I agree with ENZOL39. It looks like this is a mid-2000 Ford Escape, with serve damage to the front end. Hopefully the driver (and passengers) are okay!
