2003 F250 lifted?

I just bought this and by the pic, with the stock size tire, 265/75/16 the wheel well seems large. Can someone by the axle pic in LR tell me if it is lifted or stock? It appears as a 4" block is in there. Next question is, I can only lift it 5" with new tires to still fit in my garage. Any suggestions on tire size to accomplish it looking better and not going too high? The tires now are about 30" in diameter and the rims are 16" American Racing. The tire places I go to only recommend the stock sizes.

thanks
Sally

Re: 2003 F250 lifted?

It's definitely lifted, but its got the stock tires and wheels on it. A stock, non-lifted '03 would look like this: http://sturgis-southdakota.olx.com/2...-iid-227162944

Chances are the seller installed larger tires and wheels (along with the lift kit), but kept them when he sold the truck.

35 inch tall tires are about the largest you can fit on it. A 36x12.50x16.5 will fit (with new rims) but will rub under certain circumstances.

A 35-inch tire will lift the truck approx. 2.5 inches higher than the present tires
